Shipping Policy

At Wee the North, most purchases are fulfilled in-store. Shipping is available only for special orders and must be arranged in advance. Please read the details below carefully.

1. In-Store Pickup (Default Option)
  • Most products are available for pickup at our store in Chelem, Yucatán.

  • If the product is marked as "In Stock – Ready for Pickup", you may come to the store during business hours.

2. Special Orders & Shipping Requests

Shipping is available only for pre-arranged special orders to the Yucatán Peninsula.

We offer nationwide shipping by request, not default.

3. Preorders

If a product is listed as Preorder, please contact us before placing an order.
We will provide:

  • Estimated delivery time

  • Product availability

  • Shipping cost (if applicable)

4. Free and Paid Shipping
  • In-store pickup is always free.

  • Special order deliveries require additional fees, which will be discussed individually before purchase.

5. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your special order arrives damaged or is not delivered, please:

  1. Email us immediately at 📧 wtnchelem@gmail.com

  2. Include clear photos of:

    • The damaged packaging

    • The damaged product

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
As outlined in our refund policy, returns and refunds are not generally accepted.
